Build fee

The one-time build fee covers custom design work, development hours, and live setup. It is fully refundable if requested within 7 days of payment AND before any design or development work has begun.

Once we have started work — typically within 24 hours of payment — the build fee is non-refundable.

Monthly subscription

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice.
