By signing up for Troia (“Troia”, “we”, “us”) you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to these Terms of Service.
1. The service
Troia builds custom WordPress websites and provides ongoing access to the Athena Suite of AI plugins (CRM, AI Agent, SEO Pro, SEO Live, SEO Analytics) on a monthly subscription.
2. Build delivery
We commit to delivering the first homepage design within 5 business days of completed onboarding. If the customer is slow to provide assets, the timeline extends accordingly. The site goes live when the customer signs off.
3. Subscription billing
- Monthly fee billed in advance through Stripe.
- Build fee is a one-time charge at start of service.
- Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice.
4. Site ownership
You own the content, brand assets, and underlying WordPress site. Athena Suite plugins remain Troia intellectual property licensed to you for the duration of your subscription.
5. SEO outcomes
SEO is influenced by factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific Google ranking positions. We do guarantee continuous, measurable optimization, transparently logged in your Athena dashboard.
6. Liability
Maximum liability limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.
