TroiaProposal for Matthew J. Arpino Esq., PLLC

A page for every courtin New York and Connecticut,on a site that looks like 2026.

A driver who just got a ticket in any town should find you, see a firm that looks current, and call. This is the plan to make that true across two states, priced four ways.

Protecting what already ranks

The rebuild is surgical. It has to be.

Your rankings are earned and they are the firm’s most valuable asset on the site, so the redesign is done around them, not over them. We can do this with complete confidence — it is the same discipline we apply to every live site — but it is deliberate, page-by-page work rather than a wholesale swap.

  • Every URL stays exactly as it is. Enforced in our tooling, not just promised: a published page’s address cannot be changed by the rebuild.
  • Ranking pages are rebuilt in place, one at a time, keeping their copy, headings, images and search settings; only the design around them changes.
  • Each one is checked before and after. Title, headings, structured data, links and the page’s current position are recorded first, then compared once the new version is live.
  • Built on a private copy first, with a backup taken before each page goes live, so any change can be reversed in minutes.
  • Google is told, not surprised. Changes go out in small batches with the sitemap updated each time, so nothing looks like a new site overnight.
  • Your intake never goes dark. The five contact and quote forms are tested after every change.

Included in every option

  • Site redesign. A new look across the whole site. Home, about, contact, quote, testimonials, blog and statute pages rebuilt in place, each keeping its current address.
  • Intake protected. Your five contact and quote forms preserved and tested after every change.
  • Court directory. Your courthouse list turned into a structured record for every court — address, phone, hours, county — that powers each page and its search markup.
  • County hub pages. State to county to court navigation with a find-your-court search, so every court page is reachable and linked.
  • Attorney-advertising rules built in. No outcome guarantees, no superlatives, required disclosures where the state mandates them.
  • Your Troia portal and the Athena app, set up and installed on your phone.
  • Your other two sites, covered. Hosting and maintenance for nyenotary.com and arpinocpr.com stay included in the monthly — nothing separate to pay.

Two apps come with it

Your Troia portal

One login for everything we do for you. Updates from your team as the work lands, a place to send requests and watch their status, files both ways, your agreement and intake, billing, and a running activity feed. You never have to email to ask where things are.

The Athena app — new since your site was built

Athena has grown into a suite, and its newest piece is an installable app, branded to your firm. Every court page’s Google position; whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, Brave and Google’s AI answers are citing you; who is visiting. Push notifications when a ranking moves, a citation lands or a lead comes in, and a daily briefing you can read or listen to.

Also new in Athena since 2025: AI-search visibility tracking across seven engines, a quality gate that blocks near-duplicate pages before they publish, firm-wide content rules, and Search Console opportunity detection. The court program runs on all of it.

Why a court directory and hubs, not just more pages

Two thousand pages only work if Google can find them, trust them, and tell them apart.

Google finds pages through links, not sitemaps

A page nothing links to is treated as an orphan and often left out of the index. Hubs (New York, then Westchester County, then Yonkers City Court) put every court within three clicks of the home page, which is how Google’s own guidance describes a crawlable site.

Google’s spam policy names “doorway pages”

Pages that exist only to rank for a place and funnel visitors to the same destination, the same copy with the town swapped, are listed as a violation. A page built from real court records is a genuine resource for a driver with a ticket there. That is the difference between 2,000 assets and 2,000 liabilities.

County hubs rank on their own

“Westchester County traffic ticket lawyer” is a real search with real volume. Each hub targets it directly and passes authority down to every court beneath it.

AI search cites structured, factual pages

Court-specific facts with proper schema markup are what Copilot, Perplexity and Google’s AI answers pull from. This feeds the channel where you are already winning.

One source, every page

A clerk’s number changes, a court consolidates. With one directory behind the pages, a correction updates every affected page in a single pass instead of 2,000 edits.

How the directory and hubs work

One directory behind everything, three kinds of page in front of it, and one screen where you approve.

Court page mockup: Yonkers City Court Traffic Ticket Lawyer with facts panel, map, directions, quote form and nearby courts

Mockups. The final look is set in the redesign; the structure and function are what is being priced.

mjalaw.com/courts/new-york/State hub — every county, with a “find your court” search
westchester-county/County hub — every court in the county; written to rank for “Westchester County traffic ticket lawyer”
yonkers-city-court/Court page — the written page, the court’s facts, your number and quote form

The court directory

One record per courthouse: name, court type, street address, county, clerk’s phone, hours, website and map location. Built from your list, checked against the New York and Connecticut court directories, and kept in your WordPress admin as a searchable list you can filter by state, county or status. Every court page reads its facts from its record, so a correction to the record updates the page.

State and county hubs

New York and Connecticut each get a state page listing every county with its court count and a search box a driver can type their court into. Each county gets its own page with every court in it shown as a card — address, phone, link to the court page — plus your quote form and links to neighboring counties.

The court page

The written page in the new design, with a facts panel from the directory — address, phone, hours, directions — breadcrumbs back to the county and state, links to the neighboring courts in that county, and your phone number and quote form. Its structured data marks the court as a courthouse and your firm as the legal service for that town.

The approval screen

In your portal, each weekly batch appears as a list: court, county, a preview link to the unpublished page, and the result of the automated advertising-rules check. You approve a page or leave a note and we apply it. Approve the batch and it is scheduled to publish. Every approval and note is kept on file, and you get an email when a batch is ready.

What goes into one court page

Every page, from a row in the court directory to a tracked result. Sixteen steps, in this order, every time.

  1. Start from the court record. Name, court type, street address, clerk’s phone, hours, county, and what the court handles — pulled from the court directory built from your list and verified before the page is written, never typed by hand.
  2. Set the search target. The exact phrase a driver types (“Yonkers City Court speeding ticket lawyer”) plus its variants, and the page currently ranking first for it, so we know what we’re up against.
  3. Write the page with Athena. 1,700–2,400 words written for that court, using your firm profile, the court’s facts as required content, and the attorney-advertising rules — no guarantees, no superlatives, disclosures where required.
  4. Pass the quality gate. Athena scores the page against every other page on the site. Too similar to an existing one and it is held back, not published — this is what keeps the program on the right side of Google’s doorway-page rule.
  5. Give it a permanent address. A clean, readable URL in one consistent pattern. Once published, it never changes.
  6. Create its image. A featured image for that court and town, with descriptive alt text and captions so it counts in image search and accessibility.
  7. Set it in the new design. Hero, one H1, headings and body styled to match the redesigned site, your phone number and quote form in place — indistinguishable from a page built by hand.
  8. Add the structured data. The FAQ, the firm as a legal service, and the court as a courthouse, in the format Google and AI engines read — with the area served set to that court’s town, never a made-up office address.
  9. Fill in the search settings. Title, description, focus phrase and social-share image, each checked for length.
  10. Link it into the hub. The page is added to its county hub; the hub links back; neighboring courts in the same county link sideways; the statute pages and quote form are linked from the copy. Nothing is an orphan.
  11. Start tracking it. The page and its search phrase are registered in Athena SEO Live against the top competitor, the first Google check runs, and AI-search checks are scheduled.
  12. Review it. An automated check flags guarantees, superlatives and missing disclosures; a person reads every page’s headline, court section and calls to action, and reads a sample in full.
  13. Your sign-off. Each batch is prepared for your approval in the portal; your edits are applied and the approval is kept on file.
  14. Publish in a batch. Batches publish weekly so Google indexes steadily rather than seeing a sudden flood.
  15. Verify it live. A real browser loads the page and confirms it responds, the title and single H1 are right, the structured data is present, the image loads, and the links resolve.
  16. Keep it current. Google and AI-visibility rankings re-checked twice a month for every page; when a court’s details change, one pass updates every affected page.

Each court page

Athena, the image and the search data come to about a quarter per page. Everything else is a person’s time — confirming the court’s details, preparing the page for your approval, then publishing, verifying and registering it for tracking. That time gets more efficient in larger batches, which is why the price per page falls with scale.

Market pricing, for reference

For reference, published 2026 guides put law-firm SEO retainers at $2,000–$10,000 a month for competitive practice areas, agency-written location pages at $300–$1,000 each, and custom law-firm redesigns at $15,000 and up.

Our process

Built on a copy, moved live in pieces, tracked from your phone.

Nothing changes live until it’s proven

Everything is built on a private copy of your site first. Finished pieces move to the live site one at a time, with a backup taken before each.

Your addresses never change

Every existing page keeps its URL. The rankings and links you’ve earned stay intact.

You see results on your phone

The Athena app shows where each court page ranks and whether AI search cites you, re-checked twice a month, and pushes you a note when it changes. A written summary comes monthly in your portal.

Next steps

Pick a scale, and we start.

  1. Choose your scale. Reply with the option you want — 250, 500, 1,000 or 2,000 courts.
  2. Agreement and deposit. The agreement and the deposit invoice arrive in your Troia portal. Half of the one-time price is due at signing; the other half when the rebuilt site and your pages are live.
  3. Work starts within five business days of the deposit. The monthly begins the same week — the server and Athena are in use from the first day of the build.
